Standard Terms of Sale.

1. General
   All sales are subject to availability. Enchanted Treasures reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing
   Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

3. Orders
   Orders can be placed online or in-store. Confirmation of your order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. Payment
   Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as advertised.

5. Delivery & Collection
   We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Collection from the store is available, and we will advise when your order is ready.

6. Returns & Refunds
   If you are not completely enamoured with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a refund or exchange. Custom pieces and pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.

7. Faulty Goods
   Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will repair, replace or refund items found to be defective.

8. Intellectual Property
   All images, descriptions, and designs remain the intellectual property of Enchanted Treasures and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
